NosMall Problems

Recently some players have been having issues with receiving NosMall items. To fix this, you must re-install the client and/or update all your graphic card drivers.


Save any screenshots you wish to keep first!

Unistall NosTale (remove any extra folders after you uninstall from Start Menu and C:\NosTale(UK))

Reboot your computer!

Reinstall from the latest client installer: here
After the download completes, run the installer (.exe file) and allow the client to automatically patch.


As for the graphics card drivers, you should contact your graphics card manufacturer to get proper update information.
