Required: combat lvl 27 job lvl 10
To get the quest go to Sunny Meadows and talk to the Gem of Mystery.

Talk to the Yellow Soul Gem/PJ Fairy.

The PJ fairy will ask you to get 50 wool. Wool can be acquired from all sheep or from player shops.

After you turn in the wool you must talk to the Yellow Soul Gem again

After getting the feathers talk to the gem of mystery and fairy again.
