IRC?

Okay... Soooo yesterday, At a random time, while I was busy doing something else. I kept hearing the IRC beeps.
Out of frustration I just closed it without further looking, But I did see that I wasn't queried, or Highlighted.

Now as I tried to start IRC today.. This showed:

So for some reason it's not working at all.. I'm trying to figure out how to fix this.. But it seems to be rare..
Since there's almost nothing on it on the net..

I'll be trying to fix this.. And in the mean time I'll still do tickets and such.. But I can't get on IRC for the time being.
